Week 2 of this workout! This is about the time where I start to be like, "hmmm how badly to I want to be in shape, because I really don't want to work out." But time to suck it up and get things done.

Repeat 3X:
60 jump rope
10 burpees
Pushup to plank row (5 pushups)
Bicycle (20)

Front Lunge w/ DB Shoulder Press (10 total)
BW Squats (30)
Toe Touches (20)
Cuban Press (10)
3-Way Shoulder Lift (aka: forward arm raises, side arm raises, reverse flys) (10 per)
Bicep curls (20)
Overhead Tricep Extension (20)

Followed by:
Reverse sit ups (10)
Russian twists (20)
V-ups (10)

Then my nice little cardio portion. Nothing can beat running 5 miles.
