Wasted Wednesday

So I couldn't think of a good title for this so of course reverted back to my college days. I know, nothing to do with working out, but it has a nice alliteration to it. Not to mention it sounds more fun!

Newcomers, you've got the day off to nurse your soreness. Here's my workout for the day:

60 jump rope
20 jumping jacks
Back lunge w/ bicep curl (10/leg)
Hamstring kicks (10/leg)
Shoulder stability (2x45 sec/arm)
Suitcases (15)



60 jump rope
20 jumping jacks
Wall sits (2x30 sec)
AD/AB (10 per)
Tricep kickbacks (20/arm)
Spiders (10)

60 jump rope
20 jumping jacks
3-Way calf raises (10 each)
3-Way lunges: forward, side, behind (10)
Military Press (15)
Body raises (10x10 secs)


5 mile run time? Clocked in at 44 min
