Feeling decently sore, but good to go for day 2. Day 2 is a long one...here's the plan:First...THE WEIGHTS:
15 second breaks between reps and sets.
100 jumpropes
30 mountain climbers
30 jumping jacks
Plie squats (3x20)
Cuban press (3x10)
Woodchop lunges (3x20)
Situps (20)
100 jumpropes
30 mountain climbers
30 jumping jacks
3-Way calf raises (3x10 each way)
Wall pushups (3x15)
Supermans (3x10)
V-ups (10)
100 jumpropes
30 mountain climbers
30 jumping jacks
Russian Hamstring raises (3x10)
AD/AB raises + Upright Rows (3x15)
Step Ups (3x15)
Suitcases (15)
Followed by:
Turkish Situps (10)
Leg Climbers (15 each)
Scissors (10 each)
then...THE CARDIO:
5 mile run (aiming for 40 min)
lastly...THE YOGA
...well I don't really need to explain that one I guess...
